The Franciscan Reporter is a magazine that we send out twice a year (summer & winter).
Our Direct Mail policies:
We write to our benefactors via direct mail through the Post Office. Most of our benefactors receive our letters of encouragement and inspiration monthly. We send out the letters at the beginning of each month. Since some of our benefactors do not wish to be contacted monthly we provide the following schedules:

A letter in December onlyWe thank our benefactors monthly. In the middle of each month we send out a 'Thank You' letter to each of our benefactors who have made a contribution during the previous month. This monthly method of thanking our benefactors has saved us thousands of dollars each year. We want to thank our benefactors promptly and we also expect to be good stewards to those gifts we have received. Some benefactors choose not to be thanked.
In January we send out a 'Thank You' letter to all benefactors who have made contributions during the previous calendar year. This letter provides the important tax related information that many of our benefactors are seeking.
We do not share, sell or exchange the names of our benefactors!
